PRAYER SHAWL MINISTRY

The Prayer Shawl Ministry is a compassionate and prayerful outreach that creates handmade shawls, wraps, and other items as tangible signs of God’s love, comfort, and peace.
These gifts are prayerfully made and shared with those who are experiencing illness, grief, hardship, recovery, or other moments when encouragement and spiritual support are especially needed.

Each shawl is more than a handmade item — it is a visible reminder that the recipient is being held in prayer and care by the parish community. Through this ministry, participants offer comfort, hope, and the healing presence of Christ to those in need.

The Prayer Shawl Ministry is a beautiful way to serve others through creativity, compassion, and prayer. Whether knitting, crocheting, or helping support the ministry in other ways, members share their gifts to bring warmth and encouragement to others.
