Deepening Your Relationship with Christ Through Ignatian Prayer.

Lord, Teach Me to Pray (LTMTP) is a three-part Ignatian prayer series designed to help participants deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ through contemplative prayer and meditation. Rooted in the spiritual tradition of St. Ignatius of Loyola, the program introduces practical methods of prayer that help participants grow in faith, discernment, and awareness of God’s presence in their daily lives.

Each part of the series builds upon the previous one, providing a structured path for developing a deeper and more consistent prayer life.

THE THREE-PART SERIES

Part I — Praying Christian Virtues
A 12-week study of the Christian virtues using Ignatian methods of meditation and contemplation. Participants are introduced to foundational prayer practices that help them grow in their relationship with Christ.

Part II — The Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius
A 27-week journey through the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola. This portion of the program focuses especially on the public life of Christ, His Passion, and His Resurrection.

Part III — The Holy Spirit & Discernment
A 14-week study exploring the nature and role of the Holy Spirit and our relationship with Him. Participants are also introduced to the Ignatian Rules of Discernment.

Whether you are looking to establish a more consistent prayer life or desire to grow more deeply in contemplation and discernment, this program offers practical spiritual disciplines rooted in the Catholic tradition.
