June 1994 Father Mark Walters was assigned pastor. He was reassigned June 2002.
Father Robert Napier came to assist Father Mark in 1994. He was reassigned June 2002.
In the spring of 1983, Father Edward Booth became the new pastor of St. Michael.
Since 1972 St. Michael has had the following priests: Father Edward A. Kirby, Bernard McGuirk, Brian C. Killoran, and Thomas Sullivan.

Father Thaddeus McHugh administered the parish from August, 1961, until January 1962.
Father Michael Gannon served as administrator pro-tem in the summer of 1961.
Father Peter Reynolds who remained until 1961
Father Salvatore Profeta accepted the parish records on October 1, 1957 until 1961.
Father Joseph F. Ketter, who was appointed administrator at Fernandina Beach in March 1953. He died on August 16, 1957
1952 Father Michael Nixon, who served only a short time before he died in December of 1952.
1933 Father P.J. Halligan to 1952.
1926 Father Thomas Jones. He remained until 1934
1922 Father John J. Nevin, who remained until 1926.
Father James Nunan, who came to St. Michael in January, 1912, and remained until March, 1922.
1903 Father John O'Brien until fall 1911
1896 Father Maurice P. Foley until 1903
1884 Father Anthony F.J. Kilcoyne until his death in 1896
1879 Father John O'Boyle until he retired 1884 due to health problems
Father John Bertazzi until 1879.
Father Satorio
In 1839, the mission in Fernandina was being attended by Father Patrick Hackett from Mobile and Father Claude Rampon from St. Augustine. There is no record of a church building.
