Devotion to the Passion of Christ
To pray the way of the cross requires only that you meditate before each station. Look at each station of the cross and remember the suffering of our lord Jesus Christ. Before each station you may say:
We adore you, O Christ, and we bless you,
because by your holy cross,
you have redeemed the world.
After each station you may say prayers beginning first with Our Father, and then Hail Mary, and ending with Glory be...

O my God, my Redeemer, behold me here at Thy feet. From the bottom of my
heart I am sorry for all my sins, because by them I have offended Thee,
Who art infinitely good. I will die rather than offend thee again.
